Who these terms are between

Waleroy is made by Yusuf Esan, an independent developer in Türkiye. Because you get Waleroy from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where the two differ, the EULA wins on how the app is licensed to you.

Your licence

You may use Waleroy on the Apple devices you own or control, for your own and your family’s personal use. You may not resell it, copy it or try to take it apart.

What Waleroy is not

Waleroy is not a bank or any other financial institution, and it does not give financial, tax or investment advice. Budgets, forecasts, installment plans and exchange rates are there to help you remember and plan. Check important figures against your card statement or account before you act on them.

Waleroy Pro

Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store for your country before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Monthly and yearly plans may start with a 14-day free trial. If you buy a subscription during the trial, any unused part of the trial ends.

Cancelling and refunds

Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Apple handles all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.

If Pro ends

Nothing is deleted, and everything stays visible. Pro features lock, such as card reminders, installments, Apple Watch and widgets, and ledgers you share become read-only for the others until Pro is back.

Your data

Your data belongs to you and stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. Waleroy has no copy, so it cannot restore what you delete. Keep iCloud on if you want a backup. The privacy policy explains the details.

Exchange rates

Rates come from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) and may be delayed or unavailable. Converted amounts are estimates.

Changes and availability

Waleroy may change, gain or lose features over time. It is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for losses that come from relying on its figures.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where you live.

Changes to these terms
